My maternity sessions are all about celebrating you and this incredible moment in your life. Whether we’re in my cozy studio or out in nature, I love using beautiful surroundings to make your session feel special and personal. I’ll be there every step of the way, helping you pick the perfect outfit and making sure you feel amazing in front of the camera.

What makes my approach unique? I bring a creative, personal touch to every shoot, adapting my style just for you. Each session is different because I love experimenting and capturing something truly one-of-a-kind – not just in the way I shoot, but also in how I edit your photos to bring out their best.

Natural Newborn at home sessions

My at-home sessions offer a personalised and intimate experience, where your baby's comfort and safety are my top priority. From the soft glow of natural light to the cozy warmth of familiar surroundings, I aim to create images that reflect the warmth your family's unique story. Together, we'll preserve the tiny details and fleeting expressions that make this time so precious, ensuring that these memories endure for a lifetime.

While my studio is a lovely space, I don’t usually do the traditional baby photoshoots with little ones posed in baskets or wrapped snugly. It’s not that I don’t love that style – when done right, they’re absolutely beautiful! I just prefer to capture those real, natural moments that tell a more authentic story."

Maternity Makeover

Let’s be honest – pregnancy doesn’t always feel glamorous. I remember feeling big and a bit frumpy during mine, wishing I had something special to make me feel pampered and capture just how amazing that time really was. I’ve only got a handful of photos of myself, and while some make me smile and admire that ever-growing bump, others show just how tired I felt and how much I could’ve used a little TLC.

That’s why my maternity sessions are all about making you feel beautiful and cared for. You can even treat yourself to hair and makeup by the lovely Hannah, my trusted artist and hairstylist, so you’ll look and feel incredible for your photos. Or, if you prefer, you’re more than welcome to come with your own hair and makeup done.

I love using natural window light to create soft, feminine images, but I also bring in some creative studio lighting to really highlight those stunning curves.

My studio is right here in Peterborough, just off the A1, and I’d love to photograph you and your bump! Be sure to book in early – I fill up quickly, and sessions are best around 30-40 weeks of pregnancy."
